Pronounced /pa-pel-pæ-pel/, as in the Cebuano-Binisaya practice of repeating words to denote informality, Papel-Papel Publishing OPC is a small press from Cagayan de Oro City dedicated to publishing underrepresented works from Northern Mindanao.

Papel-Papel also offers editorial services which include manuscript copyediting, proofreading, indexing, layout design, publishing process consultations, and developmental editing services for trade and academic books, technical publications, zines, journals, manuals, and other print materials. We're also open to workshops, lectures, and other educational events.
